Women's Wellness retreat
A safe sacred space place for women to relax, reset, detox, refresh and release. A retreat like no other. A luxury 5-star villa on the beach that is fully staffed. Sunspot Villa (https://sunspotvillaja.com) is ours for the entire week! There is a chef on site making authentic Jamaican food daily. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in this retreat.
Each retreat is an intimate group of 8-10 women. It's hands-on and allows for one on one support when needed.
Beginner Friendly workshops
We welcome all beginners. If you do not work out at home, this is a perfect place to start slow consistent movement with no judgement. All classes are adjusted to the individuals level. If you work out all the time at home, you will be challenged in a positive way.
Each morning starts with guided meditation, deep breathing, and journal writing.
The second workshop starts with stretching and pushes your boundaries a little bit.
There are 2 workshops per day, downtime throughout the day, and an evening activity such as games night!

There are 10 spots available for our next retreat.
Open to all women, ages 18+, all races, all ethnicities. This is a safe, inclusive space.

The Rooms
This retreat is double occupancy. There are 2 beds per room.
You can come with a friend/family member OR you can come alone (most women do) and be paired with a wonderful woman like yourself.
There is an option to purchase a premium room at a higher rate to have the room to yourself. *First come first serve for this option.
Cost
The pricing does not include your flight. Flights is an additional cost that you purchase on your own.
The pricing is in US dollars.
$6,500 US per person.
Price Includes: breakfast, lunch dinner, all daily workshops, accommodations, pick-up/drop off to/from the airport!
